One of the four main lines of action of the #SabadellSustainabilityCommitment programme is to involve Banco Sabadell in a number of initiatives that ultimately strive to work towards a fairer and more cohesive society. Among other measures, this has led our company to become actively involved in the pursuits of various organisations and NGOs that work in fields such as financial literacy, employability of vulnerable groups and young talent, among others.

Our involvement with these social impact projects is twofold:

  1. Fostering the participation of people who work at the bank, who put their time and experience at the bank’s disposal, therefore adding value to each of the projects.
  2. Contributing financially to the entities so that they can continue carrying out their work.

Below is a list of some of the initiatives in which Banco Sabadell is currently collaborating – many of which they are approaching along Fundación Banco Sabadell’s side – as well as a brief description of the work carried out by each one of them.

  • Programmes by the Quiero Trabajo Foundation. Its goal is to improve the employability of women in vulnerable situations by helping them develop the skills needed to find a job.
