Banco Sabadell is incorporating new talent through a number of programmes that stand out for their accompaniment, training and the possibility of learning from highly experienced professionals. Our two major talent on-boarding programmes:
- Banking Sales Programme: aimed at young people with secondary or university education in business, economics, marketing, sales or similar, who want to develop their career in the commercial field.
- Internship Programme: for high-potential undergraduate, master’s and/or postgraduate students who want to develop their career in the banking sector and learn from the best professionals
