For the third year running, Banco Sabadell has been awarded the Top Employers certification, which ranks the Bank amongst the best organisations to work for in Spain thanks to its people-focused best practices.
The Institute noted that Banco Sabadell is a strong and consistent employer brand underpinned by a sustainable strategy that puts people at the heart of everything it does. The Top Employers Institute also highlighted professional development and recognition as key drivers of employee growth, as well as its collaborative and inclusive leadership.
This distinction demonstrates Banco Sabadell’s commitment to its people and their well-being, as well as its efforts to attract and nurture the best talent.
The Top Employers certification provides organisations with comparative data based on their results, enabling them to assess and improve the working environment they offer their staff while identifying areas of excellence and opportunities for growth.
The model assesses more than 20 key areas that shape the employee experience, grouped into six broad dimensions: strategy and leadership; culture, organisation and working environment; appeal; talent development; well-being, listening and recognition; and purpose, values, diversity and sustainability.
